DISCLAIMER: Only exercise if you are medically fit to do so. If you are unsure consult with your GP before undertaking a new exercise class. When performing any activity ensure you have dressed appropriately and are in a suitable and safe space. If you are using any equipment ensure you have checked that it is not damaged. Always have water available when you are exercising. 

Exercise should not hurt, if you experience any pain, soreness, fatigue, shortness of breath, dizziness, lightheadedness, blurred vision, headache, nausea, sickness, illness, dehydration, excessive sweating, or any other discomfort.  during a class STOP immediately and seek help. 

By taking part in any class or course you agree that you are well enough to undergo this activity, that you are suitably prepared, and that you do so at your own risk.
