As  a physiotherapist I am able to identify conditions and provide a personalised rehabilitation program or sign post you to more suitable care if needed. 

I work with MSK conditions which includes elderly or frail, post operative care, and sports conditions. This includes everything from sore backs to sprained ankles or unhappy knees. 

I also specialise in working with horse riders from both an injury point of view and doing rider fitness & conditioning as well as biomechanical assessments.

Research has shown that virtual physio is up to 96% effective as in person treatment, making this a fantastic approach for most people. 

If you are located within Surrey I do offer home care visits to see people that don't suit telehealth or may struggle to get to a clinic.  

I also can run sessions at stables for rider focused sessions.
